Update: Ron Howard has posted yet another photo teasing the upcoming Han Solo movie, this time of hyperspace and another small glimpse at Donald Glover as Lando.
The director shared the image on Twitter, saying, “Hyperspace is real. My first experience. Wow.” Give it a look below:
While it’s not super clear, here’s a zoomed-in look:
Original story: As production on Disney and Lucasfilm’s Han Solo movie continues, director Ron Howard has taken to social media to offer an early (and very small) glimpse at Donald Glover as Lando Calrissian.
Howard posted the photo on Instagram, saying, “lining up a shot today from my director’s monitor.” See it below:
Here’s a zoomed-in look at Glover’s Lando:
According to Glover, young Lando is quite a complicated character in the Han Solo movie. In fact, the actor previously said he thinks “even Han isn’t as complicated as Lando” and that “you’re constantly not knowing whether to trust him.”
This sneak peek at Glover as Lando isn’t the first tease Howard has dropped. Earlier this week, the director shared a set photo that not only shows Joonas Suotamo as Chewbacca, but also what appears to be an additional Wookiee that will presumably appear in the film.
